SPACE LAW MOOT COURT: Champions & Best Oral Advocate
Jonathan Clark & Evan Matsuda were selected as Champions of the Manfred Lachs Space Law North American Regional Moot Court Competition. Additionally, Jonathan was awarded Best Oral Advocate. As a result of their accomplishments, the team will travel (hopefully, instead of virtual) to the World Championship in Paris, France at the International Astronautical Congress occurring the week of September 18, 2022. The team was coached by alum adjunct professor Henry Hertzfeld, Research Professor of Space Policy and International Affairs in the Space Policy Institute at the Elliott School of International Affairs. This is the fifth time Prof. Hertzfeld has coached a team to the World Championship, and his teams have won it all in three of their previous four visits.
