Research professor Henry Hertzfeld’s “Le secteur privé: quel rôle dans la conquête spatiale de demain?” was published in Les Grands Dossiers De Diplomatie No. 34 Geopolitique De L’Espace. The article, translated for the French publication, examines the role of the private sector in the space race of tomorrow.
