Kimitake Nakamura is a non-resident scholar at the Space Policy Institute from the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. On July 7, 2022 he offered a speech on the characteristics of norm-creation in space law at the Ibero-American Institute of Aeronautics, Space and Commercial Aviation Law.
